Anonymous, Confidential Reporting
If you have a concern that is not best handled in one of the ways described in the Internal Audit Investigation Process shown above or if you have exhausted other existing means of resolving an issue, or if you feel the need to remain anonymous while reporting an issue, you can call the Pitt Concern Connection at 1-800-468-5768 or by submitting a report at pi.tt/concern.
